3402748454Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. is the long-established olive oil company based in Fasano, in Puglia, founded in 1890 and today one of the most widely distributed Italian olive oil brands on international markets. For TUTTOFOOD 2025 at Fiera Milano, it entrusted VM Live with building its exhibition space: 72 m² open on three sides.
Based on the design supplied by the client, VM Live handled the complete exhibition stand build: construction of the structures, production of custom furniture, installation at the trade fair, rental, systems and technology. Compared with smaller trade fair appearances, the scale of the work changes here: 72 m² (9 x 8 metres) open on three sides, with a serving area, a kitchen and a storage room to be integrated within the same volume.
The aesthetic choices were the brand’s, and VM Live turned them into real structures. The most distinctive elements required bespoke work: five circular timber tops built around olive trees, eleven circular wall-mounted display units with internal lighting and fourteen backlit opal white Plexiglas elements, as well as a four-metre tasting counter with an exposed light-wood structure.
The most technically demanding element is the suspended aluminium truss ring, on which six custom-sized illuminated circular elements were installed. A suspended structure of this kind has to be coordinated with the trade fair grounds for the rigging points, and requires weights and cabling to be resolved before installation: once the structure is raised, there’s no room for correction. VM Live managed the installation together with the rest of the exhibition stand build, integrating the power supply for the illuminated elements into the stand’s electrical system.
The technology consists of two LED walls with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch, measuring 2 x 3 metres, complete with video control and management PC, installed by VM Live; the video content was supplied by the client. Two screens of this size, on a stand open on three sides, ensure visibility from several directions of visitor flow.

The design was supplied by the client; VM Live acted as the executive partner, handling construction, bespoke furniture, installation, rental, systems and technology installation. It’s the same type of collaboration applied to Pantaleo’s presence at Marca 2025, where, however, the floor area was 40 m² and the layout of the space was different: here, the larger scale and three open sides called for an exhibition stand that reads clearly from every direction and more substantial work on the suspended elements.
At TUTTOFOOD 2025, VM Live played the same role for the Le Ferre and Sorrentino stands, while for Want Want it also took care of the design. The full picture is in our overview of the stands we built at TUTTOFOOD 2025.
