Do you design and build the décor structures yourselves?

Yes. We design and build portals, arches, platforms, walkways and backdrops in our own carpentry and metal workshops, tailored to the venue and the style of the wedding.

Do you also take care of flowers and floral design?

Yes. Floral arches, arrangements and centrepieces are part of the overall design and are planned together with the set design and lighting.

What décor styles do you offer?

Luxury, outdoor, country chic, boho chic and shabby chic, but we don’t work from a catalogue: we start from how you imagine your day.

Do you style outdoor weddings and weddings at villas with gardens?

Yes. We carry out a preliminary site visit to adapt platforms, structures, lighting and power supply to the layout and constraints of the venue, including historic residences.

How much does wedding décor cost?

Every quote is tailored to the individual wedding (venue, style, guest count, structures, flowers and technology). Tell us your date and venue, and we’ll send you a detailed proposal within a few days.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible, especially for summer weddings: designing and building the structures takes time.

Do you only work in the Marche region, or throughout Italy?

We’re based in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, and we style weddings and private events throughout Italy.

VM Live creates wedding décor and private event setups throughout Italy, with a high-end approach: professional sound systems, stage lighting, LED walls to share every emotion live, and bespoke stages and sets. From the ceremony to the reception, we handle the entire technical side, from setup to breakdown, with our team on site for the entire event.

A single point of contact oversees everything: venue inspection, concept, production, setup before the ceremony and breakdown once the celebration is over. There is no need to coordinate multiple suppliers on the most important day, and you receive a competitive quote tailored to your wedding.

Bespoke Wedding Sets & Structures

Set design is what makes the difference between a beautiful wedding and one that stays etched in your memory. We design and build mirrored portals, arches, platforms and walkways for the ceremony, plus backdrops and structures for the reception, all conceived around the venue and the style you’ve chosen. We take care of styling the venue, from villas and historic residences to gardens, country estates and seaside locations, with an on-site inspection and a setup plan that respects the space.

Wedding Floral Design

Floral arches, altar and aisle arrangements, centrepieces and reception décor: our floral design is developed together with the set design, not as an afterthought. Roses, hydrangeas, greenery and seasonal flowers are chosen to match the style of the wedding and integrated with structures and lighting into a single, cohesive project.

Lighting, Audio, LED Wall & Furniture Rental

We complete the décor with our own in-house equipment: ambient lighting and lighting design for the evening, sound systems for both the ceremony and the party, and LED walls for videos and live streaming. Rental chairs, tables, lounge areas and accessories are coordinated with the style of the wedding, with delivery, setup and collection included and technicians on site.
