Dental Dealer is one of the dental industry companies that VM Live supported at Expodental Meeting 2025 in Rimini, one of the leading international trade fairs for the dental sector. For its stand, VM Live handled design, construction and installation.
The project followed the entire in-house production cycle: 3D renders for preliminary visualisation, construction at VM Live’s technical facilities and installation at the trade fair. On a footprint of 16 m² (4 x 4 metres), the goal was to fit three distinct functions into a small space — display, reception and meetings — without any one of them compromising the others.

On a small footprint, every centimetre taken away from visitors comes at a cost. That’s why the storage room was kept to the bare minimum and the functions were distributed vertically: the display shelving unit builds the product display upwards, while the desks run along the perimeter, leaving the centre free. It’s the only way to fit both a product showcase and a table to sit down and talk within 4 x 4 metres.
The choice to integrate recessed spotlights into the beams follows the same logic: lighting the products without cluttering the visual space with arm-mounted spotlights, which on a small stand weigh down the overall look. The backlit graphic, meanwhile, serves a dual purpose, providing both communication and diffused lighting.

At Expodental 2025, VM Live worked in parallel on the stands of three dental industry companies, each with its own design and identity, all produced in our in-house carpentry workshop. Managing several jobs at the same event means planning production and logistics as a single build site, while keeping the three projects separate.
