Denplex is a company based in the United Arab Emirates that specialises in anchoring systems for marble and natural stone. For Marmomac 2025 in Verona, the international trade fair for the stone industry, it entrusted VM Live with the design and construction of its stand.
The goal was to convey the brand’s technical precision and engineering quality, turning industrial expertise into an elegant and functional exhibition experience. The project was developed in close collaboration with the Denplex team: constant, structured communication, supported by reference renders shared throughout the development stages, ensured that the final build stayed true to the approved concept.
Blue and white wall panels create a tidy, bright space, where marble and stone samples stand out in backlit niches. The meeting area, with clean-lined white furniture, encourages conversation, while a side bar area ensures smooth day-to-day operations. The entire structure was built in-house, using high-quality materials and meticulously detailed finishes.
On a 32 m² footprint (8 x 4 metres), with 3-metre-high walls and a 7.50-metre front fascia bearing the company logo, the layout is completed by three structural elements for displaying the client’s materials, installed by their own technical staff. The standout feature is the LED wall integrated into the side wall, recessed so that it sits flush with the surface.
Stone poses a specific challenge: it’s heavy, it’s judged by touch and by light, and its qualities — veining, grain, consistency — change dramatically depending on how it’s lit. Displaying it on a generic shelf does it no favours. The backlit niches solve both issues: they give each sample its own purpose-sized housing and light it from behind, bringing out a depth and translucency that frontal lighting would flatten.
The colour scheme works in the same direction. The blue and white wall panels provide a cool, neutral backdrop against which the stone stands out without competition: their geometric rigour and visual clarity reflect the brand’s values — reliability, precision and engineering innovation — while leaving centre stage to the material.
Denplex is based in the United Arab Emirates, and the entire project was developed remotely. In these conditions, the render isn’t a sales accessory but the tool on which decisions are made: sharing reference views during development allows the client to approve finishes and proportions before production, preventing any discrepancy from surfacing once the stand is built, when there’s no longer any room for manoeuvre.
Effective coordination made it possible to meet both deadlines and quality standards, and it extended to logistics as well: the client’s materials were delivered to VM Live’s warehouses and transported on pallets to Verona, with a single point of contact responsible for the entire chain.
