Blue Bird Industries Stand at Agrilevante 2025: Showcasing Machines That Carry Weight

Blue Bird Industries took part in Agrilevante 2025, the trade fair for agricultural machinery held at the Fiera del Levante in Bari, with a 64 m² stand. VM Live managed the entire process, from 3D design to the handover of the fully built exhibition stand.

What VM Live Did for Blue Bird Industries

Showcasing high-tech products with a large physical footprint requires carefully engineered use of the trade fair space. The first answer is reinforced platforms: display bases shaped and sized to support the weight of the machinery and the Navimow robots, raising them off the floor to ensure maximum visibility from the hall aisles.

The second is overhead branding. A large top fascia with a backlit logo was designed to make the stand visible from every point in the hall: on a footprint of 8 x 8 metres with a height of 3.50 metres, the only way to stand out in a crowded hall is to communicate above eye level. The clad aluminium truss structure supporting it all also houses the lighting points, while a graphic totem featuring the company logos anchors the main outer corner.

The backdrops are high-resolution graphic walls focused on the green world, mounted on timber frames built in our in-house carpentry workshop. The space is completed by a hospitality and tech area, with multimedia stations for product demo videos and a lounge area reserved for business negotiations, as well as a 6-metre reception counter, a meeting table and a 4 m² storage room housing the electrical panel, shelving and a fridge.

How Do You Showcase Agricultural Machinery?

The first constraint is structural. A piece of machinery or a garden robot can’t simply sit on a standard cable-management platform: it needs a base shaped to its actual footprint and reinforced according to its weight, calculated before production. Raising the product off the floor, however, is essential, because in a crowded hall anything at floor level becomes invisible beyond the first few metres.

The second constraint is about storytelling. A robotic lawn mower makes no sense standing still: it has to be shown in action. Hence the multimedia stations with demo videos, which show the product in motion while the physical unit stays on the platform as tangible proof. The third constraint is commercial, because in the agricultural sector negotiations take time: the reserved lounge area is designed precisely for that.

Why Work with a Single Point of Contact?

The project was managed entirely in-house: from the floor plan of the bare space to the turnkey handover, with custom 3D design, direct production in our carpentry workshop, logistics using our own vehicles and on-site exhibition stand building by specialised crews, including technical support throughout the trade fair.

For the exhibitor, the difference is tangible: one point of contact instead of five suppliers to coordinate, and no grey areas of responsibility when something needs reworking on site. For a stand that has to accommodate heavy machinery, with tight build-up times and restricted access to the hall, this is what makes it possible to meet the opening date.

It’s an approach we also applied to the Misurlab stand, designed around a working vehicle, where the constraint of a bulky object shaped the entire project.
